When the going gets tough, the tough get going

The going is getting really tough for me, but I'm not tough enough to get going. It's all coming after me, I used to touch dirt and turn it into gold, but now I touch gold and turn it to dust. I have to take an extremely imporatant decision, a decision that will make me regret for the rest of my life if it's not right, and I don't want to make this decision in this state of continuous bad fortune.
The tough can't get going anymore....I'm getting tired.

I've been evaluating my whole life lately, and I don't really what to do now. I'm engaged and I don't want to torture my wife to be. I don't think that I'm able to go back to Egypt and start right from the bottom again. Mesh 3aref really. And things here are going well but I'm feeling like yateem hena. I'm really tired ya Shimo.

Oh, evaluating ones life is usually depressing not because of lacking of achievements but because humans are trained to see the imprefections (Maybe it is related to that tree Adam ate from LOL)
Almost everyone I know left Egypt for somewhere else. All of them say that they are "aytam" and all share with you the thought of inability of get back to Egypt.
Don't over think. Do whatever you feel like doing, not what you think you should do. At least if you ended up ruining everything you would have done something that you want to.

And tabqa el tagroba tag 3ala ro2oos el mogarbeen. Cheer up my friend, el donia mesh mestahla

i know this post is old, and you mightnot get to read this, but i will write it anyway.
dont think that the feeling of "yateem" comes when you live abroad, away from home.
its there in those who are different than rest of the society. you know the "outsiders" we used to talk about at school. so dont consider being away from home as bad. it might be better for you and your family afterwards.
nothing can ruin your life, you say its stable somehow now. you only see it this way because your vision is clouded by recent troubles.
hope everything will turn to your besy inshaa Allah. trust in God, he will never fail you, and trust in yourself.

I feel that and I am here in Egypt. It is what they call quarter life crisis. The bad news is that you cant reach any decision now that you can make sure it is the right one. But you can set feelings aside and start studying pros, cons, and consequences before taking the decision.

p.s. you can mail or call me if u need to talk as well.
