I have a few comments on the photo:
- Where is the decency or even the common sense in what he's doing? the guy is literally on a public road.
- When will there be any restriction about the usage of fresh water resources? not only this but also the disposal of rubbish, dead animals,human and industrial wastes into fresh water canals.
- Even the donkey knows better than humans and would never tread into that water.
- What is that structure built inside the water? where's the irrigation ministry standing from all that misuse for the only source for fresh water that Egypt depends upon?
- And last, aaaaah ya balad men gher rayyes, haty el 3esh wel 7alawa ya fatty
